23rd Annual Festival Yachad - Israeli Dance Festival

General,World Dance

This year's Festival Yachad's theme will be "Mitzvot" and each choreography will portray a different "mitzvah" that is done by the Jewish people, such as lighting the Shabbat candles, blessing of the wine, putting "tfilin" or going to the "mikveh". More than 100 dancers from abroad (Brazil, Mexico, Panama & Israel) will join our 600 local dancers in a breathtaking performance featuring original soundtrack, incredible costumes and special sound and lighting effects. Come join this one-of-a-kind way of celebrating our Jewish Heritage and our Israeli Culture.

Since "My Bologna" hit the airwaves in the '80s, Weird Al's career has successfully spoofed "The King of Pop," Michael Jackson, on up through "Mother Monster," Lady Gaga. In between, he's done guest-stints on "The Simpsons," filmed a comedy special and released a book, appropriately titled, "Weird Al: The Book." In other words, Weird Al is about as popular as ever. His song parodies and originals have been a staple on "The Dr. Demento Show," while his live shows are a comedic tour de force and an experience all their own.

Rhythm accompanied her as a child in Compton, CA. Melody is what got her her first major label deal at 20 years old. And now, she's released her sixth studio album, "Did It For Love," in March 2017, a personal magnum opus written with her two children in mind.

With four decades' worth of roles in over 70 films, John Cusack will share stories from his career, answer audience questions, and give a behind-the-scenes look into High Fidelity, following a screening of the iconic film about a record shop owner on a search for love (and the reasons behind his failed relationships) set against a backdrop of over 70 songs spanning multiple decades and genres of music.
